I’ve been wondering about some items that I’m likely to RS gold take to GWD together with my pure.
Torso’s are great in situations where you do not require defence, along with the extra defence of a rune or granite body is wasted because the creature/s your fighting don’t hit high enough to take it. For instance, lets say your playing with Pest Control. Unless you’ve got a shocking defence level, its very hard to perish here in a standard round. Your purpose is to get up to XP in the brief time that the game lasts as possible. Therefore a torso is more suited than something like a torags plate. Another instance is when your using protection from melee/magic/range from a monster and also the defence is not needed. Also when high levels are fighting monsters such as fire giants (generally for slayer), the giants do not hit frequently so a torso is great.
A bandos plate is good because it provides better defence than a torso, and if you have lots of money to devote its useful to have this extra defence for situations where a large defence bonus is needed, but you still want the strength bonus. Torags plates are undesirable because it costs money and time to fix themso if you’ve got enough money to purchase anything you want, a bandos plate would probably be preferred. Have you noticed the folks with godswords? A lot of them wear fighters torso over bandos plate. The can obviosly manage it and it has better def, nevertheless they stick with the dang torso
Actually you’ll find a lot of men and women who walk around using a godsword (especially lower levels, 100-120) have just sold everything worth more than 5k within their bank to purchase the sword (it will remain bandos cause thats the cheapest), and can not afford anything else. The people with zammy, sara and arma godswords are normally the ones who can afford the bandos and materials. I opted to spend the last of summertime at the GWD. I recently came into some cash after obtaining a 3rd era plate leg clue and I also have enough time now to devote to it. Also, any criticism in my equipment is much valued.
My stats are in my signature. I intend to perform all the subquests, then desert treasure, then the final battle. I am able to kill blues quite easily and I can not recall if I have fought a cheap RuneScape gold red one. I have also fought some bronze paintings. Third: How can I do at the final battle Fourth: Recommend some levels I should obtain. I prefer to keep Attack, Strenght, Defence, and Hitpoints all in precisely the same level.
