There is at least teleporting instead of the lengthy flight paths of Burning Crusade Classic Gold 10+ minutes. It’s true that “Pray Come to the Waking Sands” will cause me some gaming PTSD from years ago.
I’ll still play wow, however, when I finally go on my own I doubt it’s to another MMO. I’ve tried a few other mmos throughout the years and they’ve all failed to keep my attention. There are many elements like visuals or gameplay, but the soundtrack is probably the most significant.
The only MMO that’s made me feel anything but WoW’s music is SWTOR (and it’s Star Wars music so I’m certain to enjoy it).
I believe that after Wrath I’ll be able close the WoW story. I started my first toon in TBC but didn’t make it to max level until just a few weeks before Wrath became available. Wrath is the one where I found my feet I was able to learn how to master raiding and my character. I had so much fun during that expansion and I can’t wait to see it be back.
Story writing at the lowest level ever, the primary antagonist is boring there are more than 20 active currencies to keep track of and the content is just bare bones and mostly boring newspapers. PVP is currently all paid-for boosts All high-end achievements can be purchased using WoW tokens as well. The world seems disjointed and empty
It was an enormous task to get my character grow and decide where to put my 1 talent point as well as which new spells could I purchase. After a subsequent expansion I was shocked to find out that the place where I could spend just one talent… 10 was the only option I had. 15? Levels. They were automatically taught and there was not an immediate rush after each step-up. It was a sad thing. It’s okay. me.
The logic behind their desire to modify the talent tree is valid. It was too common and most players just looked for a build and used it. Talents such as one percent increase in damage targets weren’t “exciting” however they replaced them with alternatives that were more flexible , and/or required to make the seem less restrictive.
Too diluted even for a noob. The way they backed them was that buy wow TBC gold they wanted to appeal to a more informal player base. It wasn’t a great idea for players who were not casual.
